Welcome to Fyde Print. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

Products and Personalization
Fyde Print offers made-to-order personalized apparel and related products. Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order.

Order Accuracy
Please make sure names, wording, verses, and other submitted content are accurate before checkout. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors that were entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase by contacting Email: admin@fydeprint.com. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer supported.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and shipping rates at any time.

Production and Delivery
Most products enter production within 5 business days. Cotton styles may require up to 7 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Priority shipping typically arrives within 5-8 business days after dispatch. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs handling, holidays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, misprinted, or is lost in transit, contact atEmail: admin@fydeprint.com within 30 days of delivery. Eligible issues may be resolved with a remake or refund.

Returns
Because our items are personalized and made to order, returns for non-quality-related reasons are generally not accepted once production begins. You do not need to return the item unless our support team specifically requests it.

Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing unlawful, abusive, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent purposes.
