Because each item is made to order and personalized specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, change, return, or refund once production has begun.
Please review your personalization, size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before checkout.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-input errors, incorrect size selection, or preference-based changes after an order has entered production.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the approved customization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
