You can personalize your item by entering custom text, choosing from preset verse options, or uploading one document or reference file where available. Each order is reviewed before production begins.

2. Will my text be repeated across the full garment?
Yes. Approved wording is arranged in a continuous all-over print layout so the content repeats across the full garment.

3. Can I submit any wording I want?
All customization is reviewed before production for clarity, suitability, and policy compliance. We reserve the right to decline unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

4. How long does production take?
Most products are produced within 7 calendar days. Cotton products may require up to 10 business days for production.

5. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically arrives within 7-10 business days after dispatch. Priority shipping typically arrives within 5-8 business days after dispatch.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free when you buy 2 or more items as part of our current promotion.

Priority Shipping: $6.95

8. Do you offer multi-item discounts?
Yes. Buy 2 or more items and save 12%, with free standard shipping.

9. Can I return a personalized item?
Because each item is made to order and personalized for the customer, custom orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.

10. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the approved order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
